Good news Chobby. I'm still on unemployment. Been looking, but.... Just filled out this app for MI No Worker Left Behind. That program has a hitch though, I have to take training for a job I know I can do and will enjoy doing. But that job must also be in high demand. What i know I can do and enjoy doing is either small engine repair (which I have partial training for), automotive repair or welding.

Im just happy to still be in a job for now. We all got emailed the day that theres will be no pay rise next year as Lexmark need to try and make some more cost savings. Also since January overtime has been almost done away with and any overtime that has to be done is now payed at normal hourly pay and is no longer payed at time and 3rd. I think Lexmark is planing to in time do away with overtime altogether.

Good, that's a wasted of taxpayers money any ways. You may think its a waste of taxpayers money and maybe it is but your coments are not welcome. As my job is only 96% safe. If I did lose my job. I would need money to live on over here untill I got a new job or I would have to go back to Scotland to live.

Im not to keen on the Republican party and some of there view of late. We was all told the day that from January 2011. There will be no more payed overtime and any overtime that will be offerd from next year can be taken as hours off instead of them paying us overtime money. You will have to give them 8 or 9 days notice when you want the extra hours you worked off so they can let you know if you can get the time off when you want it. I did have a feeling overtime was going to be sort of done away with though time.
