Been using nonstick pans for baking, but tonight I thought I give Pyrex Glass 13x9 cake pan a try. Seems to bake better. Cake tastes better too. More evenly baked versus metal non stick, plus the edges aren't rock hard. Best of all, not getting poisoned from the nonstick material.
