I really like to cook and I really, really like american cakes. Just yesterday I did a classic Apple Pie. Could you give me some Michigan cakes recipes?

Thanks for the link! In Italy we don't have the american cake mixes, but surely I can find good ideas on this interesting site!

1 Box peanut butter brownie mix 3 Tbsp cool water 1/2 Cup vegetable oil 2 Eggs 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or peanuts 1 cup chocolate frosting 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter 2 to 3 tsp milk
1.) Heat oven to 350°F or 177°C. 2.) Make brownies as directed for 13" x 9" or 33.02cm x 22.86 cm pan - except stir walnuts into batter. Cool completely. 3.) Stir together remaining ingredients; spread over brownies.

Caramel Apple Crisp 1 18.25 oz pkg reduced sugar cake mix - classic yellow 2/3 C quick-cooking rolled oats 2/3 C chopped pecans 2 tsp cinnamon 1 stick butter or margarine - melted 6 C baking apples, peeled, cored & sliced 1/4 C sugar free caramel topping
HEAT: oven to 350*F. Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray
COMBINE: cake mix, oats, pecans, cinnamon & butter unitl crumbly; mix in apples. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
BAKE: 45-50 minutes or until top is light golden brown. Heat caramel topping in a microwave-safe bowl 10 seconds on HIGH. Dizzle over baked crisp; serve warm with sugar free vanilla yogurt or ice cream.
Makes 10-12 servings
