Me thinks the starter is binding in this cold winter weather. Ended up flooding the engine out trying to get the engine to start. Had the battery checked last week Thursday and it passes with flying colors via a carbon pile load tester.
Today I had to recharge the battery as I drained it pass the 95 minute reserve capacity. So................... have to get another part for the car. A starter!

Are you sure it is the starter? The battery may not have enough juice in the colder weather. What was the temp when the battery was tested? Also keep in mind that if you have been driving the car for a while before having it tested will give a false reading as it has been on charge for a while.
What brand battery do you have?

Probably should have checked the voltage before attempting to start it and see what the VOM shows. Should be no less than 12.1 volts. or (when I can) buy a carbon pile load tester myself and test it when it's cold and has been sitting for a while.
I bought a Duralast battery back in October 2009.
