Probably not as that Flint Plant makes trucks. We make car (sedan) and small SUV parts. Though we do have a press from the GM Flint plant, a 2,000 ton Verson press. The biggest is an Aida press with a capacity of 2,200 tons. That is 4,400,000 pounds of stamping pressure.

They are aready thinking of not replacing anyone thats due to retire in the next 18 months.

It was on the news yesterday evening that the cost of living has also started to go up a little in the last month of so. I have also noticed that one or two things are now 2 or 3 pence dearer then they was at the begining of the year.

The cost of living will always go up no matter what. Isn't that the truth. Gas prices have been shooting up there too. Have you seen the latest prices? I seen them from $3.459 to $3.499 per gallon for regular unleaded. Outrageous! They are saying gas prices this summer will exceed $5.00 per gallon. It will be about $85 to fill the tank in my Jeep.
