The guy in the photo looks like the guy from the BBC car magazine show.

I think you could be right ney. Im sure back in the late 80s and the 90s when I was in Scotland before I moved over here that guy in photo was on a BBC show about cars. Is that show still on air.

Now if that isn't a cracker box, I don't know what is.
I can just see that out in front of a big Pete 18-wheeler. Or should I say plastered on the bumper of a big Pete grill like a big ol' bug spatter. Don't think anyone would survive a crash in that wheeled tin can on our highways.

Yes, it is the guy you are thinking about. I watched parts of the show on BBC America that day. The top speed of about 30 mph. The car is powered by a moped engine via the rear wheel. I thought it was a unique car as it can be driven on the sidewalk. And especially when that guy drive it through the office cubical's. Even into the elevator. And they showed where he was passing through a hallway where, on the other side of the glass they had the news being aired.
It's a really kool looking car for it's size. Not something one will be driving on the highway - Red. Looks like an enclosed go kart. Leave it to the British. ;D ;D

Now that's a cute car. Would be great for cummuting around town. And you won't get soaked drving through a downpour. How come the British can have something like this driving on their roads and we cannot?
