Trying my luck at grilling Ted's rainbow Trout. Beer battered grilled Rainbow Trout to be exact. Had Frog legs last night. Farm raised frogs at that. Battery is running low

Hi valuema, grilled trout is most excellent!!!!!! I put mine in foil, with a lemon wedge and some pepper, and grill those puppies up and they are so delicate. Hope you enjoyed it! How did you cook your frog legs? Did they jump all over the pan? Mine always do!!!! ;D

They didn't taste all that great either as me & the girls didn't care for them. But the guys wanted frog legs.

You grill puppies I sure do hope that P.E.T.A. is not monitoring this site. Well, now, if P.E.T.A. is monitoring this site, I'll give them an earful! ;D There is nothing wrong with grilled FISH. or VENISON. or TURKEY (wild, of course!) and I do use "puppies" as a term for almost anything I grill. "those puppies are delicious!" Heck, I may be talking about a venison tenderloin... Didn't anyone READ the post?

OK, hope you all had some fun.... those P.E.T.A. people are ruthless, for sure..NO FUN AT ALL! OK, no kidding here, we love frog legs, and they are great pan fired, but without the batter. Just a little butter, and some pepper! Oh, they DO jump right out of the pan sometimes! The little wiggly buggers! Ya just have to KEEP THE LID ON until they are done, or else they will jump right out of the pan.. No, I am not kidding either They really do! Yes, ValueMa, I also like them, but more so when they are FRESH!
