Mugrb, Do you have snow tires for that bike? No, but they do sell metal studded tires for bicycles for use in winter.

How can you stand riding your bike in this cold weather? With a foot on each pedal. ;D

Yep, and both hands in the tiller.
A whopping 0.90 miles of riding for the week from 10/12/09 to 10/18/09.

Manage to get in 0:34:57 of ride time. Or 3.62 miles in. The Mongoose XR-200 now has 255.8 miles on it's odometer. Total combined miles between the Schwinn road bike and the Mongoose is 775.1 miles. I averaged 6.1 mph with a maximum speed of 13.0 mph.

maximum speed of 13.0 mph. You could do better going downhill.

D Avenue east of Gobles is a big hill, near Timber Ridge Ski Hill.

That would be a great hill to go down with a nice long straight stretch of smooth road at the bottom. I bet you could get near 40 mph just by coasting down.

Rather do that with the Schwinn road bike with it's 27" x 1-1/8" wheels. That bike should easily hit 50 mph towards the bottom if I keep myself streamlined.
